Shri K. Joseph Francis to be first Ambassador to Mali

1. Shri K. Joseph Francis, currently Minister (Political) in Embassy of India, Brussels, has been appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to the Republic of Mali. He will be the first resident Ambassador of India to Mali.

2. He is expected to take up his assignment shortly.
