The tenth edition of the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas (PBD) will be held in Jaipur (Rajasthan) from January 7-9, 2012. Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh will inaugurate this event on January 8, and President Smt. Pratibha Patil will deliver the valedictory address on January 9. The overarching theme of this edition will be “Global Indian – Inclusive Growth”, and Rajasthan will be the partner state.

There will also be two two pre - conference seminars: Social Entrepreneurship – Water; and, Solar Energy: Investment in R & D.
